  • Cherry tomatoes: 250g, halved.
  • Black olives: 50g, pitted and halved.

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the tuna steaks

Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 2: Heat the pan

Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat until very hot. This ensures the tuna sears quickly without overcooking.

Step 3: Sear the tuna
