Ingredients

  • Shrimp (prawns): 500g, peeled and deveined, tails on
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves: 3, minced
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: ½ teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Fresh parsley: Chopped, for garnish
  • Skewers: Wooden or metal, if grilling on skewers

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade:

  • Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the shrimp: Toss the shrimp in the marinade until evenly coated. Cover and let marinate for 15 minutes.
